Honestly, looking at the scores you guys are posting... I'm confused out of my mind.
Oh, and 23 wasn't hard at all on the math UIL test. If the person traveled 200m in an hour, then the other person who ran 190m will finish in 1.0526x the time the other did. Thus, the third person runs the track runs it at a rate of 1.1080x the first one. Inverse, Multiply by 200, subtract 200. 19.5
