Countdown Until Districts

33 Days for District 3-3A, I think.
OMG! Only a month, i need to study intensely ASAP!
I haven't looked at Social Studies whatsoever.

Thank goodness my school is doing district 2 this year. I still have 50 days left.

I think I am doing District 1. District for me is 1 week after TMSCA State, so yes, I am in District 1.
I will definitely advance in NS, MA, and CA, probably CS too, but I don't think I will make the Science team.
I don't think I can advance in CS, because I haven't practiced in forever. I should advance in the rest, though.
This means 3 State competitions, possibly.

EDIT: I'm talking about Region in the 3rd line.

This is my school's last chance for the fore-seeable future to reap revenge against Joshua High School, district sweepstakes winner 3 years in a row. They even have it posted on the main page of their school website! My school moves to a entirely new region, Region 2, District 15 next year (Although I'm a senior, so it really won't matter to me). We have the cream of the crop left in my school, mostly seniors who have been doing UIL their entire high school career, wanting and desiring total domination over Joshua for everything they have done to us in the past.

They don't know what's coming.

I'm pretty sure my team will take Sweepstakes at District, and then mostly fail at Region. Assuming I get to State (I don't really want to assume anything anymore, because I usually disappoint myself), I may very well be the only person from my school. I can see some of the Science team making it, this year, and possibly, we might advance a team. Apparently, the Social Studies team might make it as well, according to what I've heard.

Uh-oh... chrishuff and DentonKnight will be competing at Region! This will get interesting...

NS shouldn't be too hard, unless I choke hard. I will probably take the tests on this website from the past ten years at least twice before Region, or at least I hope. I do NOT want to disappoint here. Did Kevin Tian graduate?
MA will be tough, but I can improve enough to the point where I can get 300.
CA will be fairly tough, but I need quite a bit of improvement.
And I haven't seen a CS test in ages...

I'm trying to improve to beat Abilene Wylie at Region, because i think i have a shot in Calculator.
Math will be tough, but i'll really try, i feel i'm more experienced this year and i know what to expect. I'm anxious and excited already for our upcoming competitions!

I am pretty confident that you will make Region, even if you don't want to be. I understand, I'm feeling bad about my performances in competition, and I don't want to get my hopes too high, and then not reach them. I do want to completely destroy any previous scores I had, and renew my confidence.

If James Lim, Will Linz, and Kevin Tian are all returning, I might have a legitimate shot at getting whooped at Region. This is bad, but excellent, because (1) I now will practice harder, trying to make sure I get to State, and (2) if I advance to State, I know I have beat some of the really good people in the State already.

Hopefully I'm not screwed in NS. In Math... ouch I might be screwed there. I might be screwed in every event! :'(
I need to practice even more now!!!
