After realizing the severe mediocrity of our school's math teams, I decided to put together a group of three of my smart friends. I'm going to teach them some stuff in NS, math, and calculator over the summer. Hopefully we can win some team awards next year.
I've already decided to use Zetamac as a resource. Any other tips?
EDIT: BTW, they're all fully on board with this. I made sure of that before I started.

Schedule regular meeting dates. Print materials. Make sure it's productive: ex: NOT: Hey, how did (insert team here) do at (insert sport here) last (insert time here). Try to get your coach...if not, then alone is fine.
