Whole Christmas break to practice!!!!

I mean Christmas is not so near yet but I am still dreaming about the amount of time to practice UIL during the break!!!

I heard of a UIL meet on the 12th of Jan at Flower Mound... I am planning to go although - you know - no one can predict the future!

So, anyway... I hope you all will be there to help me out in my goals which are:

Scores after Christmas break:

NS - 300
Calc - 200
Math - 250

Yeah - I dream these scores but just am not able to reach them... Like at times, I make really stupid mistakes on NS - annoying sometimes...
I feel like "I could have reached my goal AT LEAST this time!!!"

But oh well... Hope it happens after the break... Good luck to all of you all too...

Well, after 2 weeks of not practicing in winter break, I might not do as well. Especially when I have a concert the night before and that week is final's week :(

As for placing in events, top scorer in the event gets recognized for each grade and top 6 overall also get recognized.

Yes, the divisions are by grade, which is much more forgiving than other competitions. Also, the schedule is very strange, and warm-up time will be in short supply at this meet. It will be over quickly, as I believe the last event starts before noon.

That's how most contests are (or atleast the ones I have been to). Every event is back-to-back so it all ends by 2PM (at the latest if you stay for awards). The only events that aren't like that (which I've been to) are UIL Districts, Region, and State.
