I told him TO SPECIFICALLY make the team name "nsguys" but he was an idiot to reject that option
He actually [OMG I started laughing] suggested our team name as "Flower Mound High School"
So then I was like - if we like won for instance they would be like:

...and 1st place is..... "Flower Mound High School" from "Science Engineering Magnet"
Itll all be confusing... lol... but that was just a joke - not gonna be real...

You can have team names, but they play no part. Score is kept by school name and winners are announced by school name.

I would like to congratulate everybody. One really intense competition. I wouldn't really say "easily" querty123. I really stinked...I answered 2 out of the 60 questions. My prediction was correct...101dalmations and I sat there as nsguy and the other 2 students got us the medals. I will give 101dalmations credit for the last question though, he answered it correctly, but we decided to stay conservative and not answer. Now I don't want to look stupid, I did know how to do more than 2 questions, but while I was reading the second sentence of a problem, nsguy has entered the answer.

Congratulations to Flowermound, Timberview, and all the participating HS's.

PS. I guess Flowermound is going to want revenge tomorrow(UIL meet). I will really stink because I have stinked for the whole week.

Hey.
It was probably nsguy and Andrew who answered many qs - half the reason cuz they had clickers
They got the most right AND the most wrong!
While we tried - we do owe victory to them - it was hard for us to cope up with that speed...
Wesley tried to do qs by "instincts" and he did get some of 'em right...
We did a lot of work - its just that either we checked that the answer was right or got frustrated that nsguy was too fast when he gets qs wrong...
But hey - our first time
Broke FMHS victory streak... Sorry... We had to do it... SEM pride :P

I would say that a 2 pt win can be attributed to everyone's contribution on the team
I mean if it were not for sxk's question - 3 pts - or a q i answered - or a q anyone answered on our team, we probably woulda come 2nd...
So I wouldnt say we got medals cuz of nsguy or Andrew... I would say that if it was like a massive win where our few pt contribution would not have any effect on the placement...
Also, Wes was way too fast... He got quite a few wrong but his correct answers made those mistakes look insignificant....

You sound kind of arrogant, 101dalmatians. Also, it was a team effort, and leave it at that. I got plenty wrong, and I'm sure I cost us many points we could have had, although I did earn some points as well. Overall, I enjoyed the competition, and had fun.
