Not UIL... But need help

This was of a practice test I took at home...
1. Which of the following statements are true of hypothesis tests?
I. You must state null and alterntive hypotheses in the context of the prob.
II. you must state a significance level so u can decide if a given P-val. gives u evidence to reject the null hypothesis.
III. You must state the conclusion in context of the prob.
A. I only
B. II only
C. I and II only
D. II and III only
E. I and III only
I thought it was I, II, and III but apparently that was not an ans. choice.
I mean I, II, and III is wat we do in class. I really dont get why not?!?!?! :(
