Hey people of the Texasmath forum...
I have a question about the meet on the 10th of november.
It seems that my coach wants me to go to this meet somewhere near Arlington...
So, would this most likely be a TMSCA test? Or a UIL?
Also, would study guides help on the calculator portion?

Well hey, I'm going to this meet too! If I remember correctly, I believe the meet will use TMSCA materials for the math (all 3) and science competitions, as they did last year. I don't know if doing the study guide problems will help you for the meet coming up, but it wouldn't hurt, right? I've already done all 50 of them (all but two on my own), and I'm sure others have started on it too, so you can ask people of you have any question on anything.

Oh, and by the way, the next UIL test anyone takes (I believe) is in Janurary for the invitational A test. TMSCA 6 test coming up, however, is written by the UIL contest directors (as far as I know). But yeah, just be prepared. :)
