For the losers in a music program other than orchestra to rant about how they wish they took orchestra.

I'm getting through high school without a single musical class. I fulfilled my fine arts requirement in ninth grade with a horrible art class and then...nothing else.

I kind of want to do something with music again, though. Not high school, just independently.

i'm too good for band/orchestra/choir

Im in choir... I played trombone for a less than a month... I played piano for 5 years... Ive sang all my life... I love choir but most of my friends are in band lol... Sometimes just for that reason I wish I was in band...

I no longer play piano... I can play a bit but my skill level is not very high lol... I sing... thats what I do... I play handbells if that counts lol...

You should sing again... I try to get my band friends to join choir and you know what happens... they say they dont like to sing despite the fact that they can sing... how can anyone not enjoy singing??? It puzzles me... I like the piano but I gave it up for math team a long time ago... about 6 years ago to be exact... I didnt have time for both so I had to choose one... lol... I might try to learn it again...

Trombone and Piano. Marching band is the best and I hope to be drum major next year, but musically, i prefer jazz, even though i made state trombone and piano in classical/symphonic.

uhh as i said before on the other thread about orchestra REAL MEN ONLY DO MATH...then again real men also dont have lives

Real men do everything, math/science included.
