Purple Comet 2008 is coming up!

Anyone else registered/going to register?

Lubbock High should be competing again this year, this time as the Vladivostok Ventriloquists. The tentative team roster is something like me, George Huang, DD Liu, Liulinbo Yang, Peter Young, and Huy Nguyen? I think? But it might change due to schedule conflicts and such for participants, so we haven't registered yet.

So, the contest window is over. Any Texasmathers do it?

The answers are already up on the website, but my team doesn't have the answers we submitted recorded (I wrote them down, but then lost the page...stupid me), so we'll have to wait until Tuesday to see for certain, I guess.

Team: Three 6 Mafia in mixed schools competed, which consisted of me and Peter Liang. I think we submitted 17 answers, but I don't remember all of them either... I will check and see how many for sure we have right, but we won't know 100% until results or whatever.

So of the ones I did I think I got #4, #6, #8 , #10, #15 and #16... but I'm pretty sure I missed #2 lol.

I was the person on the Vladivostok Ventriloquists that, instead of actually thinking, tried to find all of the questions that looked easy enough to brute-force on a computer. I programmed brute-forces to either solve or verify answers for #1, #3, #5, #9, #17, #20, and #24. =P Too bad I didn't actually know enough math to solve anything.
