There are always some problems that I take forever on because I don't know any tricks for them. If you do know any tricks for the following problems, please teach them to me. I would great appreciate it.
1) (1+2-3x4^5)/6 has a remainder of:
I also need help with any kind of remainder problem. I know the divisibility rules for 3s, 4s, 5s, 9s, and 2s, but nothing else, and I still add and multiply everything out in the longer remainder problems.
2) 151 x 115=
There are always several 3 digit by 3 digit problems on the tests, and some of the time, I can't figure out a way to make the problem easier.
3) The sum of the first twelve terms of the Fibonacci sequence 1,2,3,58,13,21... is
Is there a formula for the sum of the Fibonacci sequence?
