It depends from test to test. My fastest ever was about 8 minutes 15 seconds. I usually average around 9 minutes though, maybe a little quicker.

Although my accuracy is horrible, so maybe I should slow down...heh.

I usually finish in about 11 minutes sometimes faster, but i do worse if my fingers are dry. They just slip off the keys if that's the case. The test is a bigger factor though.

man im slow, i timed myself for the first time today, and only finished 4 pages in 10 minutes with an 83

Usually 9-10 mins, but I've noticed that my time spent playing Guitar Hero II over the break has improved my punching speed o.O

Varies from 8:30 to 10:15, depending on my speed/the test.

Wow...my average is around 12-14 minutes...then again I still use the TI-83.

Well I win in the fact that my time is greater than everybody elses, 15min baby! It should get me past district, but i'd like to bring my time to at least 11 min so that i can make it to state next year.

I can crunch on a good day and an easy test about 10 but otherwise my average is hovering around 11... and on a bad day on a hard test it could be 15.... I think cruncher speed is extremely dependent on the test

i crunch between 9 and 10 minutes with TI83

at worst i crunch in 10 15

at best i crunch in 8 20

Absolutely not. I totally meant 577 (if you can figure this one out, and explain to me its uses, I'll give you a cookie). BTW, how many digits do you still know? I remember you telling me at camp that you got up to n-thousand, but I'm not sure what it was exactly.

That also reminds me, I need to get Yoonju's notes from one of the MC06 speakers. He taught us a pretty hilarious mnemonic device for memorizing the first 100, but I was too lazy to write it down. =(

I think it involved monkeys and pickles.

Oops. Sorry to deviate from the original thread. To compensate, I'll post my "crunching" time - Avg: 12 min, Fastest: I think 10 min, Slowest: Too pitiful to say. I always think of my calculator as something similar to a piano to ease the monotony of punching part (and boy do I punch to make sure I get those doggone buttons). I find that it really helps.
