5 ft 11 inches is 71 inches. That is not 1, not 3, but 2 significant digits. Also, my words on the study guide still stand. We can discuss that later.

Yeah, I'm always confused about the sig figs. We learned them in chemistry a long time ago, but it looks like chemistry sig figs don't apply in calculator sig figs...?

Yes, they are mostly the same, but there are a few things that I have never seen before that show up on the test, and those tend to trip me up, unless I've figured them out.

Pages 72-81 relate to significant digits
