First of all, programs on average slow people down, so you should use them sparingly.
Also, if anyone here has a REALLY good program that helps tremendously, I doubt they would share it. (It's a competition after all, right?)
If you think of an idea for a program that would help on the test, try to write it! TI BASIC is a fairly straightforward and simple language. All the information for writing programs is in the manual of whichever calculator you use. Good luck.

In all actuality the best program for the Mathematics test is your mind, which I don't think is the kind of program you're looking for though :p.
