x^3 + bx^2 + cx + d = 0 and x=-1, 2, 5.

-b/a is the sum of the roots, so -b is the sum.

-1 + 2 + 5 = -b -b = 6. b = -6

c/a is the sum taken two at a time, so c is the sum.

-1*2 + -1*5 + 2*5 = c c = 3

-d/a is the product of the roots

-1*2*5=-d -10=-d d = 10

so, b + c + d = -6 + 3 + 10 = 7
