sinusoidal motion

It has been a break full of disappointment, but finally I have something to be happy about. A 330 on a math test! My previous high was like a 290.
Anyways, the only problem I skipped:
A carnival ferris wheel is 52 feet in diameter and turns at 6RPM. The bottom of the ferris wheel is 3ft. above the ground. The height varies sinusoidally with time. How high is the person after 3 seconds?
My equation was [unparseable or potentially dangerous latex formula] .
This keeps giving me 45 but the answer is 37.
Any suggestions?
Is it because I don't have a phase shift?
