Pascal Triangle

On the Math Test in Flower Mound this last weekend there was a question about Blaise Pascal's trianlge I did not understand.
17. Using Blaise Pascal's triangle and letting the 1 at the top be row 0, determine the 3rd number in the 14th row.
Is there a formula for this problem, or do you just have brute force solve it?

I concluded the answer to be 91 due to the denoting of the Pascal Triangle.

Can you guys help me with these 2 questions
Betty Notsogood and Willie When bowl two games. Willie is one and one-half times as likely to win any games as is Betty. What is the probability that Willie and Betty will win both games?
A infinite geometric sequence has a common ratio of 2/3 and a sum of 45. What is the first trm of the sequence?
