i usually score 120-160 which is really bad

SO

i wanna know if there are books or seomthing that says exactly what subjects are being tested on the tests so i know what to study

It would be better to look over past tests and if there is material that you haven't seen, then look it up someplace or ask on here. There's a motley range of topics, so I don't think there's any one good book. Though, numbersense and mathematics overlap significantly, partly because the mathematics directors have both directed numbersense.
