Posted: Fri Mar 02, 2012 12:31 amWell, i might be wrong, but that's my best bet, since Larry White posts in his page that he's writing tmsca state, and also Dr. Bourell. But on the physics notes, nothing is said about tmsca, so i'm not sure.
