Oxytocin is a hormone that stimulates the contraction of the uterus during childbirth, and it is released by the posterior pituitary gland.
Prolactin is a hormone that is very similar to growth hormone, and it has many different functions in many species, suggesting it is an ancient hormone that has diversified in its usage through evolution.
Endorphins are hormones released by the body in times of stress and pain (positive and negative stress), and help reduce or increase these sensations. Heroin and the opiates mimic endorphins, giving them their ability to block pain reception.

There is much more detail, but I'm rusty (I looked at this yesterday and today and am already rusty :D), so look it up # or read it in a biology textbook or something.
