Where to get Java for my computer?

Postby smeag » Sun Feb 05, 2012 3:26 pm

I going to start computer science soon. I need to know where to get java, the computer language, for my computer. Is it free? I don't want to use other computer languages because java is the one for UIL. So someone please give me a link for java computer language today...

Look this up: JCreator. This is a compiler, the one that I use. Look for how to download it, and it should tell you what to do, including where to download the Java JDK or whatever. Get LE (the learner's edition), because it's fine and that's what my CS teacher said to get. I don't know if the others are free or not.

I personally use Eclipse. It can be downloaded on http://www.eclipse.org. I like it much more than Jcreator
