I shot up from last year's 97.5 to a 121.5 (unofficial, of course) this year...yay! That was about a thousand times better than I was hoping for.
I answered 20 questions (#1 through #19 and #21), and ironically enough, the only one that I missed was #1, because I don't know how to add...I'm not too sad about that, though. I had a silly mistake there, but I'm just glad it was my only error.
Strangely enough, I think the new no-calculator rule actually helped me. Last year, I tried to force my TI-89 Titanium to think for me far too frequently, even to the point where I wrote one or two brute-force solutions in the on-board TI-BASIC program editor rather than analyzing the questions and thinking. I guess it would have been nice to have a four-function calculator laying around to pop out the simple calculations, but it didn't really hurt me that I couldn't, I think.
