AMC coming up

AMCs coming up and I don't know what to do.
Any tips to preparing in crunchtime. IDK if I can make it to AIME because I have never taken a test to see where I stack up. I took the AMC last year, but I had no idea what it was so I never cared to receive my score.
So... How do you prepare. Take Tests or try to learn new things in crunchtime.

Go take a practice test from the AoPS website.
Don't worry, I'm worried that I won't make AIME either. I have prepared somewhat, and I think I can make it, but there's always that chance that I make 1000 stupid mistakes and miss the cutoff.

Ugh... It is always easy to advise but hard to follow.

Yeah, I really want to do good on this test, but my laziness got me. I took it last year (AMC 8) but not a good score as I hoped...
But still, this test was pretty hard last year and I'm pretty sure nobody in DAllas went to AIME.

It's times like these when you really hate Bobby Shen....

AMC 12 vs AMC 10... Which is easier?
I found the 12 an easier test to qualify for AIME based on practice material...
Like I got a 94.5 on the 2002 12A but idk whether there will be consistency on my part...

And... My biggest weakness seems to be GEOMETRY

Dude I think i would have made it if I had taken the 12A last yr instead of the 10A.
The 10 is really stupid cuz it asks about all the junk no one wants to know about.
on the other hand, the 12 is so cool cuz you can answer like 15 of them, and have like an hour left!
And yeah I missed #4 on the 2002A. I just have to learn how to read questions better...
And yeah. The geometry is stupid. i just skip it and get a free 1.5 pts...

Actually not all geometry is hard. It just takes me an hour to think of the solution.

Walk out without thinking: "IM AN IDIOT".

Also, I agree with 101 dalmations. AMC 12 is easier to qualify than AMC10. AMC 10 is stupid/hard(for me) while in AMC12 I can actually answer the first 16-17 without any mistakes:IF AND ONLY IF IM NOT AN IDIOT.

f(1/1/x)=f(x)=1/x right, so the only solutions that are valid are {-1,1}
