Right, so let's say you have one person picked for each of the 4 events, and Resley Wunnels picked as your utility.
To make things simple, suppose the ceiling for each event is 300. Suppose Resley scores:
NS - 306 = 102%
Calc - 318 = 106%
Math - 294 = 98%
Science - 66 = 22%
Resley's two best adjusted percentages are 102 and 106, so his total utility score is 104. This prevents any advantages gained from, say, a super easy Calc test, while also meaning that the utility doesn't have to be in all 4 events.
